You could easily use the Graphical Multiple Choice question to present users with preference options.
To show a site you could use an iframe in the course and then ask some questions using an assessment afterwards.
The "where would you click" would rely on a hotspot type interaction which isn't yet part of the Adapt suite, but you could use hot graphic and just put a few options on the screen maybe?
