Did you follow these instructions?

https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_authoring/wiki/Install-on-Server

If something is not installed correct, according this procedure, it will fail.

Hi John, But why we need to install it on server?

I have followed below steps:

Is it compulsory to use steps given by you? As I want to install it on my desktop not on server.

Hi Ravindra,

I used these steps to install on a desktop. And it looks like you missed a step somewhere in the process.

Read it careful, and try again. Good luck.

I got the same problem some weeks ago. I installed it multiple times (cause of some other issues). And at the end it works. So try it again and be sure to follow all steps.
