Visual Designer new to Adapt

Hi all.

I've recently found this forum. Hi everyone. I'm a freelance graphic designer with experience designing e-Learning courses, I'm usually designing the layout, icons and illustrations to courses then working with others to build my designs in Articulate.

I'm interested in learning Adapt, as I see the potential using html 5 and responsive design aspect to be a real advantage as people use more mobile devices. If I can master building the courses myself, edit and revise the designs it would be really helpful.

Unfortunately, my coding knowledge is very low. Could you give me some advice as a beginner to learn the ropes and understand Adapt to a professional level.

I would start here: https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_framework/wiki

There's a good slideshare presentation on using the authoring tool here - but I would probably learn how to build using the framework first.

As well as this forum we also have chat rooms over on Gitter so do pop by and say 'hi'!
