There was an issue detailed in https://community.adaptlearning.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=295. Cannot find a specific github issue for this so don't know if this has been fixed. Maybe one of the other developers could answer that one.

In any case have you downloaded and tried the latest version released on the 5th June (https://community.adaptlearning.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=293)? Might be worth removing the media and trickle plugins and then re-run adapt install.
