We are proud to announce with our new Lite mode for Adapt Authoring Tool there new way to use the Adapt Authoring Tool. Lite mode, in conduction with our Preview Editor means creating a new course with sensible defaults is now a single click operation, and all text can be edited in a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) environment.

Can Studios offer professional Adapt Authoring Tool hosting.

What does this mean?

We can take away the pain of setting up and running your own server, and we can offer features other providers can’t without locking you into our system.

How is this possible?

We have spent over 12 months developing deployment and maintenance tools which allow us to efficiently start and patch our fleet of servers.

That’s why we can offer offer instant access to the adapt authoring tool and a 30 day no-commitment free trial.

Our tool is easier to use.

We started working with Adapt because we have a course development team and they need a future proof solution. The fact we use the tool in house every day is important because it means we are constantly pushing the tool to make it more efficient and easier to use. We made improvements large and small including our unique what-you-see-is-what-you-get editor.

Must-have features

Our servers will back up each of your courses every night, and you can choose to backup manually too. Believe me - you never want to experience the heart stopping, cold sweating feeling that someone just deleted the whole project and there is no way back.

Monthly Updates.

Roughly every 4 weeks we will update the servers for all our clients including new authoring features, themes and extensions. As well as building brand new features for the tool we also curate the public extensions and include those we feel add value bringing the best of the community for our users.

You can see our latest release blog here.

Security Updates.

Our monthly updates include security patches for the authoring tool and underlying operating system. So you can get peace of mind and concentrate on building content not learning the command line.

There are no tie ins with our service.

We strongly believe that you should be able to export a course from our system at any time and it will be fully compatible with the open source Adapt framework. We have also tested it will import into the open source authoring tool intact…

So if you want to try a secure, easy to use tool, with no commitment and no tie-ins there’s only one place you can get that in the next 5 minutes:
