Hi Russell

That demo is essentially what you get if you do adapt create course using the adapt cli. Probably easiest just to do that and have a look at it. If you specifically want the v4 version then make sure to select v4.4.1 when prompted for a branch/tag

follow the steps above but then import the course into the authoring tool.
