I have never seen that first format before. What version of Framework and Spoor extension are you using?

We are in the process of changing the format of the suspend_data so that it allows for far more data to be saved, but none of that code has been merged yet... so unless you have jumped ahead and starting using code that's still under review it should still be in the standard format (the second example you gave).

This isn't produced by Adapt. We've never used '^' in our suspend data nor plain text with the word 'player' in it. Our data serializer is base64 encoded, this is not a valid base64 encoded string.

Hi Matt and Oliver,

I am using AT on Framework 4 and Spoor 3.3.0

If this is not a ADAPT format and as not every learner is facing this issue, this may have come in a particular user journey. I will go through log file again.

Thanks for your response.
