Let's say I have a text input component with 4 items and a question weight of 10. If I answer 2 questions correctly a component score of 5 is set. However this is not reflected in the assessment score. The assessment score is set to either 10 if I answer each item correctly, or 0 if I get one or more wrong. I would like the assessment score to reflect the individual score of each component.
I have found the location in the assessment script where I can change this behaviour but wanted to know first if there is simply an option somewhere I am missing before I go messing with core extensions?
If this behaviour is unchangeable via a value in the json then what does the component score actually do?
