If you're running your course on a learning management system then this is really the kind of thing to be done at the learning management system level.
Certainly I can tell you that within the SCORM 1.2 standard that most learning management systems (and therefore Adapt) support, one SCORM object can't see the data for another SCORM object. It can only see the data for itself and only for the current user.
The learning management system will have access to data at that high a level but won't be able to see progress within each course as SCORM doesn't have any method for the course to report progress beyond the level of not started/started/completed.
On occasion where progress within the course has been important to the client we've done things like store the percentage complete in the 'score' field - but there's quite a lot of customisation involved in that both in the course and the learning management system.
