Hello Stephen,

When you do use the AuthoringTool you can simply use the Plugin Management Interface to upload a custom Plugin. Plugin Management can be accessed trough the hamburger icon in the top left. Please also see this wiki page for more details.

If you do use the Framework directly, the easiest way to install registered Plugins is the adapt-cli. Please see this wiki page for more information on how to use the cli.
