1. re-use

Having played a bit more with the software, I am stumped as to how I should go about re-using components and blocks.  It seems that a child attribute would be needed rather than a parent one as is the case. Is re-use of block or components in different parts of a course not an issue?  Even re-using tests for a review test at the end of a course or article?

2. Tables or db

Is there a component that access a db, or present/display a table?  I could not see any whilst perusing the site. Again this has a re-use component as well.

My project has a number of matrices, the largest of which has about 200 elements each with between 5 and 20 attributes. These matrices need be memorized. So a lot of the existing components are very useful and e-learning can really help the memorization process, but both re-use and tables or db are nearly essential to develop a course.

I may be missing out on some fundamentals, here, so don't hesitate to put my back in my place if that is so.
