The Adapt plugin browser  lists all plugins that have been shared within the open source community. You may have noticed that there is a download counter that is attached for each plugin. This counter is only incremented whenever a plugin is downloaded by using the Adapt-cli. The popularity of this tool is unknown but it seems unlikely to be a high percentage meaning that the total downloads advertised is much lower than it would be in reality. This is problematic as an Adapt user may see a plugin with a low download count and assume that the plugin isn’t working or is unstable.
