Yes, good idea. 

I updated my authoring tool. Then I commanded to start the tool by my terminal (on a Mac). Safari didn't find the localhost anymore. I tried several times.

After having shut down my computer and had started is again, the problem wasn't there anymore. So easy it can be:-)
