I'm not sure, that's really more a Moodle question than an Adapt question. And definitely not a responsive e-learning question ;-)

If it helps, you can set the assessment up to send the final score (as a percentage) to the LMS. In SCORM 1.2 that gets saved to the data field cmi.core.score.raw
