Will it be possible to transport the course created in authoring tool to LMS right after publish without having it downloaded from authoring tool and make a manual upload onto LMS?

You might want to take a look at PENS. Unfortunately I have no idea how many Learning Management Systems implement PENS (other than SCORM Cloud or any that use Rustici's SCORM Engine) - and I'm almost certain the adapt authoring tool doesn't have support for it. But if you're going to create something like this, working to a published standard might be better than creating something entirely custom.
