issue scrolling with mouse in desktop environment

Hi we have a third party client using an LMS and in the desktop environment they can not scroll in the browser using the mouse but can move up and down using the keyboard. Just wondering if anyone has run into this before? We are using the 2.0 adapt dev tool.

Sounds like the LMS is opening the course in a popup window with scrollbars disabled... or loading it into some kind of container (e.g. a frameset) that hasn't got scrolling enabled, or isn't correctly detecting that the page requires scrollbars....we had a similar problem with an LMS called 'ezlcms', they were able to resolve it pretty quickly once we made them aware of the issue

Hi Mike,

We recently had a user complain that they could not scroll. I don't know exactly what the problem was, as when we asked him to elaborate he later said he tried again and that it had resolved itself. He seemed to indicate that something may have been changed by our IT department. This has been the only such complaint thus far.

Sorry I don't have more details, but it sounds similar.
