Can't upload Plugin

I use Adapt authoring tool. I try many times, I just can't upload any plugin. 

It tells me " Plugin upload failed : Error: invalid signature: 0xa " and so on.

And my theme is really ugly, i don't have the bleu one as the defaut theme.

 Can u help me ?

Hi,

What plugin are you trying to upload into the tool? If it's third-party, you're best getting in contact with the author.
