Manual method vs. Authoring Tool
by Sandra Neubauer - Tuesday, 16 February 2016, 4:05 PM

Hello,

I started to use the manual framework coding method (sorry, not familiar with right technical terms) and saw now that the authoring tool is available.

What is the safer option to deliver a course within the next 8 days: staying with the manual way or switching to the authoring tool? (I only just began entering real content).

Does the tool run smoothly?

Thank you!

Sandra

The tool runs very smoothly now and because you can generate pages, add media and extensions with the click of a button and I find it a lot faster than how I perceive the framework coding to be (having tried once, a long time ago).

I can certainly get a short course together in a matter of days with it.

Do feel free to get in touch with any questions to help you make progress.

Thanks, Helen! I started playing around with the authoring tool and I really like it!

I'll post my questions in additional topics. :-)
