Some time ago I manually uploaded a couple of the basic plugins that come bundled in the AT.
Now they say "uploaded by user" next to them rather than the usual Click to check for update button.
Is there a way to return these to embedded rather than uploaded by user?

You are just a bit ahead of us. We have the same kind of issue with the Spoor plugin. Uploaded a test version, with a changed number, but what to do now?
Would be nice to have some kind of override mechanism, or a marker to allow the AT to check the versions as a superuser.
