Hello everyone,
I managed install correctly Adapt Authoring Tool. I installed before all the extras and ffmpeg, but still when I add graphics to the assets, they are not displayed.
In the command prompt is displayed: Failed to create image thumbnail: Cannot find ffmpeg.
I am writing once again that ffmpeg is installed. I have Windows 7 64bit version.
Does anyone have a similar problem?
Any proposals to solve?

I had a similar problem today, until I realised that once FFmpeg is installed it only works for new images. Was this your problem?

I had a similar problem before, and I noticed several ffmpeg install errors along the way.
I removed the full ffmpeg and reinstalled, but not the latest version, which worked.
Recent I reinstalled all, and very carefully going through all the steps, with more detailed verification of ffmpeg, it all works.
