I had a similar problem before, and I noticed several ffmpeg install errors along the way.

I removed the full ffmpeg and reinstalled, but not the latest version, which worked.

Recent I reinstalled all, and very carefully going through all the steps, with more detailed verification of ffmpeg, it all works.
