I am new to instructional design and need some help on a writing challenge I am facing.
I have recently joined an organisation as an Instructional Designer and required to prepare software user manual for 6 soft wares.
The challenge is that these softwares will change every 3-4 months with a new release with new features and add ons.
This will make me update the user manual/training material every time it is released.
I was wondering if there is a more structured and automated way to update the manuals. May be a tool which can pick the changes from release notes and prompt me to fix it.
Would highly appreciate your assistance.
