I am new to adapt authoring. I was creating a demo where i got stuck in the module quiz.
I see that module quiz is not showing feedback, although I have provided feedback for the same.
Since I am new to this tool, I am unable to trouble shoot it.
Can anyone help? I have uploaded the source code for reference

Looking at the source code (thanks for providing this, it makes debugging the issue a lot easier) I can see that you don't have the 'tutor' extension installed/activated.
If you have a look at the plugin manager you should be able to install/enable it from there.
Once you've done that, feedback will display fine:
If you want to do a proper quiz i.e. multiple questions followed by a summary of pass/fail and overall score you should look at the assessment and assessmentResults plugins.
