i am adding new contents to login page i hope login.hbs is the file responsible for that ,after updating and refresh the login page the changes are not reflected,even i tried restarting the server but no changes were seen in UI .
Even watch tasks in grunt was also running

Until someone with more experience with the authoring tool can weigh in, can you try reselecting your theme, saving, then previewing? I've seen this advice given as a way to force a rebuild. Perhaps it might work for you.

You'll need to make sure to rebuild the authoring tool's front-end to see any changes take effect. I believe the watch task will do this, but not 100%. To be sure, run grunt build in the root folder of your authoring tool code.
