I followed all the installation steps.
After running :vagrant up" for the first time it ended in error. I did "vagrant halt" and run it again.
This time it showed all is OK. I allowed Windows firewall connection.
However, after point my browser to localhost:5000 all I get is:
app.loading
And nothing else. How do I troubleshoot this please?

Thank you for your help.
I followed the steps in the link you posted (with some modifications, as pm command does not exist, I think it should be pm2).
Now I did get the login prompt but it won't let me log in with credentials:
user name: admin
password: password
Now what?
