Well - generally it went well, Alan is now on the project and at sponge people are up and running
Development could be important
Improvements - communication between sponge and Kineo, hard to get hold of people. Knowledge is hard to get.
Scaling is difficult if we do not address this issue.
Succession planning for Daryl is in the works, load should be spread across the development team.

Gaps were identified through the sprint that were not prioritised and we didn’t have user stories.
Access to Daryl’s time slowed down the project

Not worked on the Adapt project much this week,
What has gone well Dennis + Ryan + Rob - communication is quite good.
Communication is not recorded anyplace central, should add to the forum or developer wikis.
If there are questions and they are answered they should get documented. This would help build the knowledge.

Daryl - tried to organise himself to get the best out of his day, tried to get the first part of his day assigned to helping others. The remainder should be spent on tasks.
Team spirit is positive
Struggled with communication, people need headset.
Lots of people working in different locations and the work is getting executed. Backlog is out in the open and it's moving forward.
