Adapt Learning Community: Adapt Survey to Email

I am creating an adapt course for a client that will be non-lms and public.

Any kind of anonymous tracking will be done with Google Analytics and cookies (which I already know how to do)

They want a survey at the end, and I was hoping to use the slider and text input components, and have this in an Assessment Article, and then when complete, Adapt sends the contents anonymously to an email address.

Has anything like this already been created? Before I go off and make something custom, I thought I would ask.

Not something I've ever done, sorry.

I'd be inclined to do this by setting up an off-the-shelf survey tool (something like TypeForm) then embed that into Adapt using an iframe component.

We will probably just have a separate section for review outside of the Adapt framework, considering the Adapt learning will only be one section of the website.

Just was looking to see if anything was already made and out there.
