Hi all,  

I ma new to Adapt Authoring, tried installing it for a couple of times , every time the command prompt gets inactive while getting to this prompt: Upgrading the Adapt Framework...please hold on!    

I have left it for several hours nothing happened. So had to close. Then I tried vagrant destroy,  and repeating the process again,  same result. I researched a bit with no luck.

Would you please advise why this happens?
