Adapt Learning Community: Authoring Tool Install Problem

I'm trying to install the authoring tool on my Windows 10 machine and have followed the procedure exactly as in this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=440&v=qQNkecFdO_Q

The vagrant and virtual box installs seemed to go well. Unfortunately, the process breaks down when running "vagrant up" with the message shown in the screenshot. On running "vagrant up" the first time, I got a message, not mentioned in the guides, that I needed to run "vagrant init" first, which I did. Not sure if that's relevant.

I've allowed vagrant through the Windows firewall in case that was the issue, to no avail. Now I'm stuck. Any ideas? Thanks,

After giving up on Adapt due to the same repeated install issue, I thought I would give it one more go today. As far as I know, nothing was different, but this time it installed without a problem. Looking forward to trying it out.
