Vagrant up error.

Hi all.

Cmd gave me this error when i tried the vagrant up command:

I told me there had been an error, and that the upgrade was unsuccessful. I told me to check the console output. What i found was this: 

==> default: error [15 Nov 2016 20:55:03 +00:00] Unable to identify pluginType for adapt-contrib-tutor
==> default: unable to identify pluginType for adapt-contrib-tutor

I'm running Windows 10 on a clevo laptop.
- i5 6200u Intel processor
- 16GB ddr3l SODIMM
- 240GB Kingston SSDNOW
