Where are plugins installed?

Hello,

I'm wondering where are plugins installed when I get them with the command "adapt install {plugin-name}"

Thank you all.

They are installed into one of the following subfolders of the 'src' folder:

  • components
  • extensions
  • menu
  • theme

Thanks Matt,

I found them in the SRC folder... but looks like installing by adapt-cli is not enough to see them available on the authoring. Is there any missing step?

Thanks for help. F.

Hi Fabio,

Are you now meaning you expect them to see in the Authoring tool?

If yes, then your procedure is not correct. In the AT, there is an option to upload them, follow that and you should be ok.

Hey Fabio,

you have to to visit the Plugin Management Site in the AT and upload the ZIP-File of the Plugin. Be aware: there are a lot of plugins which aren't working with the AT. That's why I installed the Framework but i dont understand how to set up a new course without the Interface of the AT.
