I am new to this forum and application and have some general questions.
-which browsers does it support? Both from an authoring and learner perspective.
- Does the authoring tool on Mac? I suspect so since it is a hosted web based tool.
- can add voice recording tool? voice recognition tool?
- Does the output content support offline learning? I suspect so since you can export to a SCO

From a learner perspective it depends entirely on what plugins you have installed. All the plugins maintained by the core team support the same range of browsers and devices, this list can always be found at the bottom of the README.md for the plugin.
- Does the output content support offline learning?
Could you clarify what you mean by 'offline learning'?
