I have done installation but it is showing only adapt logo

Hi Ravindra,

Have you checked MongoDB is running?

And correct node version? If needed use NVM to push it to use 4.2.6. that sure helped me.

I am not using any of them, as I have installed authoring tool only, not the framework, Do I need to framework too?

And how to install MongoDB?

Did you follow these instructions?

https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_authoring/wiki/Install-on-Server

If something is not installed correct, according this procedure, it will fail.

Hi John, But why we need to install it on server?

I have followed below steps:

Is it compulsory to use steps given by you? As I want to install it on my desktop not on server.

I used these steps to install on a desktop. And it looks like you missed a step somewhere in the process.

I got the same problem some weeks ago. I installed it multiple times (cause of some other issues). And at the end it works. So try it again and be sure to follow all steps.
