Image previews not appearing

I got the authoring tool and framework up and running on AWS the other day and am now working on a course to learn the ins and outs of Adapt. In the authoring tool, I'm able to upload assets, use them in the course, but the preview of the image isn't showing up. The images I've been using are somewhat random, just to test, are there specific dimension constraints I should know about or is this something else? 

I've included three screen snaps:

  • The image preview in the Asset Manager
  • The preview panel to the right in the Asset Manager (which does show the image)
  • The missing preview in course properties

Did you install FFmpeg on the server?

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I do have it installed. I installed again so I'm now on the latest 1/22/2017 release.
