Adapt Learning Community: Mongo db not showing any databases

Hi all, finally got mango up and running but show dbs returns

No databases 0gb local 0gbindex.

Though I'm locked out of AT

Any ideas?

Looks like the install process didn't complete successfully.

This can happen if the app can't establish a connection to the database prior to starting the install (I don't believe it consistently throws up an error to tell you this).

Thanks Tom, I thought there was something missing as I'd tried everything. I've done a fresh install and I don't think it's a full install again as the media comp doesn't work. and the comp icons (in the selection list)are just a blank bg
