Old assets are not deleted when copying a course in the Authoring tool

Hi everyone,

We just noticed that when you copy a course in the Authoring Tool and then remove ie. blocks, components, etc. the assets (images and videos) are kept in the course instead of deleting them increasing the size of the output, unless you open each component and remove assets.

Has someone experience this before?

Hi Rodrigo,

I think the following issue is what you're experiencing: https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_authoring/issues/1078

I'm not aware of anyone working on this as yet, so would be good for you to include any extra info you may have, and +1 the issue to get it bumped up the to-do list.
