I would really appreciate if someone could guide how to login to the authoring tool - I tried using the following credentials as noted in the User Guide, but it throws an error. Thanks in advance.
ERROR MESSAGE: "Invalid e-mail address or password"
E-mail address: admin
Password: password
I also had this issue, you need to reset the database to 0 attempts to log in. This could involve using Robomongo to access it. Search the forum. Hopefully you'll be able to solve it without a re-install as I had to.
Thank you, Christian Lee :) I searched the forum as you have suggested and installed Robomongo...but still haven't figured out how to reset based on the instructions...Hope I could find step-by-step instruction somewhere in the forum...let me check again...have a nice day :)
Hi Christian Lee, since I couldn't figure out how to use Robomongo, I re-installed twice but couldn't fix it still...did you do anything in particular during re-installation...thank you in advance

I just want to add to this amazing reply that sometimes it might not connect right away, and as Thomas explains here you would need to enter further SSH settings.
