Where is the appropriate place to log a generic feature request? 

I'm using the Authoring Tool Framework, however following testing have recently come across a few components that don't work within our theme or aren't quite right on mobile. 

Ideally, I think it would be a useful option to swap components without having to reenter information (ie text, reupload images, etc).
