UC Browser: how to inspect
by Chuck Lorenz - Monday, 17 April 2017, 8:41 PM

Hi folks,

I'm just getting acquainted with UC Browser. I believe it provides no devtools. Can you offer me any tips for inspecting and debugging it?

Thanks,
Chuck

In the UC Browser: should Adapt support it? thread, Sam Tsiu reports that the desktop version of UC Browser has dev tools. He also writes:
"It has a mobile developer version for android which you can install with other tools installed on your desktop box for development. For details, check this link out (in Chinese)."

The mobile device is inspected remotely from a pc using a USB connection or wifi.

I think we need to know more about this, specifically to check it's not just 'inspection' - what we really need to have is step-through debugging which is not always available on platforms like this.
