Problem with hosting a course on a webspace (Internet Explorer 11)

Hey guys,

 

I'm pretty sure that my problem is extremely rare. But there is a little bit hope that somebody has a solution. 

I uploaded a Adapt-Course to a firm internal webspace. Visiting this course with Firefox works well. But I have problems with the Internet Explorer v11. Following error appears.

SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'isArray'

I'm not a developer so I have absolutely no clue what happens here.

Thank you for any help. Unfortunately I can't give you access to the website. You find some screenshots attached.

Hi Manuel

I think I see your problem in one of those screenshots:

...it's that IE11 is running in IE7 mode.

Several things can be the cause of this; it could be the site configuration is set to send 'go into IE7 mode' instructions in the http headers or it could be Internet Explorer configuration via Enterprise mode or Compatibility view.
