Adapt Learning Community: Starting on a Content Object

How do you start a project inside a content object as opposed to the main course screen? I'm trying to emulate what the developers did in this example:

Hi CJ, you need enable start controller.

If you use the framework edit course.json

In Authoring Tool go to Project settings > Start.
