Adapt Learning Community: Plugin removes itself in Adapt Authoring Tool

So I have two different extensions I've made. Let's call them E1 and E2.

Upload them is no problem.

When I go into my course, go to manage extensions:

1. Add E1, no problem

2. Add E2, E2 added BUT E1 removes itself

3. Add E1 again, E2 removes itself

Any adapt-contrib plugin doesn't have this problem, only the ones I've done myself.

Any suggestions?

My first thought when i read this was that maybe you have name conflicts - check your bower.json and any other files with plugin details and check you haven't left duplicate naming or any other details in there.

After that - plum out of ideas!
