i try install adapt learning  I have install grunt-cli but it show the next error when i run node install

ERROR: Failed to build the web application, ("grunt" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo,

programa o archivo por lotes ejecutable.
)
Install will continue. Try again after installation completes using 'grunt build:prod'.

I have install grunt but if i run grunt in cmd it doesn't find

Have you restarted your computer since installing?

I restarted now but now my error is this:

fatal: index-pack failed
error: RPC failed; curl 18 transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining

Failed to create master tenant. Please check the console output.

sounds like you got disconnected from github when it was trying to clone the framework... other than to suggest running that bit of the install again I'm not sure what to suggest (I don't really use the authoring tool, sorry)
