Installation Error in Install Script

Hi ALL,

 

Please help me to install the tool. I am getting an error at the time of install script.

What version of Node are you using? If more recent than 6.x that could be why you're struggling. Node recently changes the LTS version from 6 to 8 and the authoring tool hasn't quite caught up yet.
