Adapt Learning Community: Login problem after installation

Dear all,

Thank you for all your support.

I have installed the adapt learning authoring tool. But after installation, it is not taking my username password which I provided at the time of installation.

Please guide me how will I retrieve the credentials? It is showing me "incorrect login and password" at the time of login.

Hi Pritam,

Unfortunately you'll have to fix this by directly modifying the database as you don't have a working administrator account.

There are some tips in the wiki for what to do in this situation, check this page for more information.
