Error Generating Preview

Hi everyone,

I've encountered an error while generating preview following a new theme install. I have since removed the new theme (using Robo 3T), but I am still getting the error message:

I am also unable to Download, or Export Source Code. 

Any help would be great.

Hi Agnieszka,

Have you "Retouched" the theme and menu before the preview, and after the remove? I assume you are using the AT, and what you for sure need to do is save the theme and menu before you try the preview after something has changed like you describe.

For better troubleshooting, please also add the versions you use when a problem like this occurs.

If you're using the Authoring Tool and have added custom CSS in the Project Setting, you could have an error in your CSS. Something as simple as a missing semi-colon, or curly brace can cause an Error when previewing.
