Why are there 2 narrative-indicators in Narrative component

I have noticed that there are 2 narrative-indicators in the Narrative component.

One in narrative-content, and the other in narrative-slide-container. 

Somebody can explain the reason?

Yes, the one in .narrative-content is shown when _hasNavigationInTextArea is set to true.
