Tenant 'master' already exists

I hope you guys could help me with installation issue I am having.

Followed the steps until the last one 'Run the install script' were I get the below error message...

 

Tenant 'master' already exists. It must be deleted for install to continue.

> Continue? (Y/n) (Y)

 

I continued the installation and all went fine, I was able to launch the tool and create a course but when I click "Preview" button I get "Error generating preview, please contact an administrator"

 

I am assuming the issue is related to this error message but I might be wrong, full log attached.

Hi Ahmed,

That tenant message isn't so much an 'error' as a 'warning' that you've chosen to use a tenant name that already exists -- it shouldn't have any impact on the building of courses.

It's worth looking to see if you have any errors in the server console output, as this will be able to give you clues as to what's gone wrong.
