LMS recording 1st entry date of course as completion date

Hi,

I use Blackboard as an LMS and it is recording the date that the user first accessed the course as the completion date rather than the date of completion.

In adapt I can see an option to commit data on status change - should I disable this option to record just the pass / completion date? I have had a look at all the settings in Blackboard and can't see anything relevant to this problem.

Sorry if this is a really obvious question!

I seriously doubt the 'commit data on status change' setting is going to affect this in any way. At most it might a difference of 10 mins or so to the time as Adapt will automatically commit data every 10 mins. Even if you turn that off as well it will still commit when the course is closed.

This really sounds more like a question for Blackboard LMS than one for Adapt.
