Hi - I am looking to use Adapt to host video files (mp4) and then convert to SCORM. Further to capture, if possible, rich xAPI statements that record detailed user interactions with that video. Is this possible using the current framework?

Certainly Adapt has a media component and it can be published in SCORM format.
xAPI support is still fairly early days though so I'm not sure it's at the stage where you'd be able to 'record detailed user interactions with that video', not unless you were prepared to code in that level of detail yourself.
